I think we have all six domains claimed now, I’ll update shortly with the official six winners! Thanks everyone!

One possible just confirmed, there’s now only one domain left!

I keep editing this post so the comments will stay in place below. Just updating now to say we have more “possibles” but we still only have 4 of the 6 entries confirmed so that leaves 2 free domains still waiting for owners! A couple people have said they wanted in, but didn’t follow the contest rules, so they can’t be in unless they update their entries. If you think that’s you, check the rules they are very simple.
I have a feeling this is going to end to soon, hurry and get in!

According to the atomic clock I just checked, it’s past 8pm EST, and we didn’t get all the entries I was after — we’ve got 2 (3 possible) 4 official entries but I wanted to give away six domains to Blogspot users!?
No big deal, but the rules change now as I indicated in my first post about the contest. Simple change too, the first six to comment get the domain and help moving, random selection is out. You do have to adhere to the other rules so make sure to read the first contest post if you haven’t already.
Good luck!

Is it cheating if the blog was just created?… :/
cheeky I know but I’ve been meaning to get off my ass and get started anyway.. so either way thanks for incentive to get me started
Blog Herald is up in support, with a front page write-up. But I wonder, who’s providing the host?
I stick to BLOGSPOT, everything’s taken care of.
Vic, not really cheating, just a little annoying
Indi, hosting is not needed. Blogger hosts it all, just like it does now, only thing that changes is you get a spam free domain!

Consider me in if its eligible
Cool. Sounds good.

Nice…when my grows up I hope to enter in next contest.
I’m a blogspot user! It’s just a personal blog though, so I don’t know if you count that. If so, I’d take a free domain.

Still interested!
Vic,
I can’t tell if you are a member of my MBL community, please join or show me where you already are to play! If you don’t know what I’m talking about check the original contest post for the rules.
I think maybe I missed the cut. I saw your original post earlier, but didn’t get around to reading it because I was working on — what else? — a post for Mental Blog. http://vajrasattva1.blogspot.com/
I don’t have PayPal set up either, so that would be out for the moment. But if you’re offering, help moving would be appreciated — when I get the other ducks in a row.
Evil question: as you say Blogspot is the bad service, while Blogger itself is good… why don’t you have your blog with them, instead of using WordPress? I’m not blaming you, as I like self-hosted WordPress myself. It’s just that it seems self defeating to say “Blogger is a good service”, and then use something else, considering this blog’s focus on Google.
I suppose it evens out with the Open Source advocates that use Blogger…
I’ve signed up to your MBL [my MBL nick is Xqwzts]
Cheers!
Larry,
If you can get paypal, you are in, if not you’ll have to wait until next time I do something like this.
Alejandro,
That’s not an evil question at all! I use *hosted* WordPress because *I* have complete control over everything, and I own everything this way.
Also, when you want to do more than basic blogging, Blogger just can’t cut it. WordPress can literally *do anything you want it to*.
Blogger is a good product, but it’s not even on the same playing field as WP.
….is too late?
I’ve just signed on with PayPal. (Not that I quite know what I’m going to do with it yet…except for one product I can sell…) Do I qualify now?
yep. I think the contest is over now. I’ll update in a minute.
Hi,
Just want to thank you for join apples2apple community at bloglog. I guess I missed your awesome contest!
BTW… really nice site you have it there, keep up the good work!
Anne
Tutor: yes, I concur completely about the benefits of hosted WP. I was just wondering. I also find it annoying when people pretending to be serious bloggers use Blogger… I can’t ping them, and I have to keep telling blogger NOT to use my Google account to sign comments. Not to mention the times when journalists claim to be affected by conspiracies when their blogs are taken out by people flagging them as spam.
Yes, it’s happened to a few argentinian A-listers. And they unanimously blame Google before realizing THEY made a wrong choice. Ah, well.
YAYYYYYYY!!
I’m a WINNER!!!***********
now if you could ony get your act together so I can help you
