Google Reader Adds Writing Trends

The Google Reader team recently added trends for Google Reader. You can view these statistics by selecting a single feed, then clicking on Show Details. It will pop down a graph similar to the one below.

This trending tool is great to visually see how often a feed is being updated. You may then want to subscribe or unsubscribe to a feed based on how frequently it is being updated.

It’s a small, but very useful update.
