   I would like to know what tax form I should submit to google for my adsense account. I have other US accounts (godaddy & sedo) I submitted the W-8BEN for for those.

   Hi Arlene,

   It should be very similar but I wouldn't trust me on tax issues. Adsense should mail you any tax related info you need, if not it would be best to contact them directly.
