How do you edit your profile picture? I can't seem to find it.

I'm not sure yet, but I think they are gravatars so you'd likey have to change it over there - http://gravatar.com

Yes, they have to be changed over there although they remain on cache for some time. Mine I don't like and so I went to gravatar.com and then to wordpress.com. I had already replaced my avatar but it is still showing the old one. They say the system takes some time to empty the cache and pick up the new avatar so they can handle all of them without problems.

I followed the steps and setup my Gravatar :) Now you can see my mug :)

Maybe you could add a link in the profile setup section to setup their gravatar? (Since it's not self explanatory)

I agree. Not that self explanatory. I'm sure I could figure it out ... but seeing that I'm at work and all ... everything needs to be done on the fly here ...

Ahhhhhh ... actually ... it's really easy. I didn't think mine worked and apparently I have a picture now. I take that last post back.

i think there is a bit of a delay with gravatars displaying. not sure tho, mine was there right away

Mine appeared as soon as I posted the response about it not being that self explanatory ... which was pretty much right away.

interesting. Ill figure something out to make it a bit more obvious your pic will show up if you have a gravatar

I know what you mean there, but gravatars are actually a tool for lazy people since you update once and you pic gets shown all over
