The first time it was three posts but this morning a whopping 725 posts were published (over the course of four hours) and I think that is a bit much!</p> <p>I suspect it is in combination with the Twitter Tools plugin because the blog was not accessible from the time the first post was published until I disabled Twitter Tools. Please check out his comments:</p> <p>"The check_refresh() function doesn't seem to provide any solutions for request concurrency; in high traffic sites where many people could be accessing the site at the same time, the check_refresh() function could return 'true' multiple times.
