Are You Liking the New Google+ Features?
You probably know that Google+ sprung back to limelight a few days ago by opening itself officially to the general public and introducing a host of new features. I had almost begun thinking that the craze around Google+ had died down. But Google bounced back and Google+ came to forefront yet again.
Better Hangouts
Google+ added a lot of new things to its popular Hangouts feature. It introduced it on Android 2.3+ phones that have a front camera, and people have been really liking it. The iOS support is slated to arrive soon.

There’s also what Google calls Hangouts on Air that lets you use the hangouts feature to do a live broadcast. Neat!

That’s not all. You can now do things like screensharing, use sketchpad, Google Docs and much more with Hangouts. So Hangouts is now a full-on collaboration tool.

The above feature makes more sense for Google Apps users. Sadly, Google+ hasn’t arrived for Google Apps users yet but hopefully it will soon enough.
Search Google+
Yes, now you don’t need to depend on third-party tools to search through Google+. This feature, which majority of Google+ users demanded, was introduced recently.
You can now search Google+ using specific keywords and get relevant results.

Apart from all this, Google, in a bizarre move, renamed its mobile Google+ group messaging app from Huddle to Messenger. Not an innovative name you might say.
So, a lot of good changes to Google+ lately. Did you try them out? Do you like them? Tell us in the comments.
