I agree that Google should have taken the time to celebrate the United States Marine Corps. It is possible that the Sesame Street tribute was a paid deal, and therefore Google would have a contract for that particular series of days. I would think that more likely than them blatantly ignoring an important establishment date in U.S. history. @devildog77 and adamwersky

It's a matter of priority and tact. Today is the 234th birthday of the Marine Corps. Does Google choose to honor our troops serving in the United States Marine Corps today? No. On the Google home page, is there a Google logo commemorating the B-day of the Unites States Marine Corps? NO!! Instead, for the 4th day in a row i see another Sesame Street honorary logo!!!! Google couldn't take ONE day to honor the MARINES with a simple logo?! No suprise. Google is dead to me GOOGLE is so disrespectful. It’s a matter of priority and tact.
