Personalize Google Maps while Traveling

While I am on the road right now, I’m heavily dependent on Google Maps to find my way around. Yesterday, I was trying to figure out where the cheapest place was to fill up the rental car. I just saw this tutorial on how to add personalized content, such as real estate listings, transit maps, gas prices, and places of interest. For example, below is a map of Amsterdam showing all bars and clubs in the city! It maps exactly how cozy and fun this city can really be:

I’m definitely going to be adding a transit map even to the Google Map of my home town once I get back, and I’m test-driving this feature today while finding my way around a foreign city!
