I also use Picasa Web Albums to share large numbers of photos so, agian, Picasa is a no brainer for me. All we need now is Chrome. Lets hope that it doesn't take another few years for the rumours to come true! I can't stand the way iphoto stores everything in a single database and makes duplicates of everything. I'd rather maintain the folder structure. I definitely agree with you on this one.
