Does anyone have their Gmail set with a “Send mail as” for a different default address than your Gmail address - on a Blackberry?? If so, how?

ckstevenson, you´re right... this is a bit frustrating. you can get the gmail application on the blackberry, which will give you complete syncing of read and unread messages. there are advantages and disadvantages to both methods, so it just depends on what works for your email behavior.
good luck!

Does this method mark emails read on your blackberry as being read in Gmail? This is my main frustration. I read something in Gmail online, but it is still unread on the bberry, and vice versa.

Any help would be appreciated.

Im told in the UK this doesn't work as you can only download with POP, even if you put the IMAP settings in the device.
