GoogleGroup Tip: Modifying Group Views
Google Groups is all about helping users connect with people, access information, and communicate effectively over email and on the web. I have a handful of Google Groups that I’m a member of and a couple of Groups that I am managing myself. While I do enjoy receiving email sent to the group address, there are times that I need to log into my GoogleGroup’s webpage to see what’s going on (like if I want to manage my subscriptions or group settings).
You can visit your Google Group page by going to www.google.com/groups or googlegroups.com. After successfully logging in, you’ll be brought to your Google Group homepage. Notice on the right hand area a quick list of your Google Groups. If you have 3-5 groups, the list-view will work well with you. But what if you have more than 10 groups?

Notice that your groups are all summarized and located on the far right of the screen. In my case, being that I only have less than five, GoogleGroups, this list view works well.
Now IF in case you have more than 5 groups and you need to see them all at once you can quickly change the group list view by clicking the expand button as shown by the arrow above. Once clicked, your group view will change from “list view” to “grid view”. It looks like this:

As you can see, the grid view gives you a better view of your Google Groups. Easier to the eyes eh? ![]()
