If you have a GMail account, good for you. With that single account, you are also given many tools to access, just like iGoogle. We’ve featured iGoogle here before but I’d like to show you now a specific theme I’m enjoying, which is a particularly enjoyable theme this season. It’s The Grass theme. Check out how you can login and hook-up with that theme, or even select other themes that you may like.

Step 1: Log on to www.igoogle.com and sign in using your Gmail account user name and password. If you don’t have an account yet, click the “create an account now” link. If you’re already signed in to Gmail, then you probably won’t have to sign in again.

Step 2: Logged in? Good. Now click the Select Theme link at the right side of your iGoogle Homepage.

Step 3: Now scroll down and look for the Grass theme. You should see a preview of this theme. Now click the Add it now button just below it.

Step 4: You’d then be brought back to your iGoogle homepage with the selected theme applied to the header. You will need to click close under the iGoogle logo to apply with finality the selected theme.

I like the “Grass” theme because it has a dynamic header. The view changes from morning, high noon, late afternoon and evening shots of the same grass field.

If you like other themes, you can quickly change it to your preference using the same easy 4 steps above.
