Digital Inspiration has posted a fantastic post on how to instantly make a mobile phone version of your blog using Google Reader. It’s apparently not as difficult as you might think and it takes seconds to set up.

All you need to do is add your blog feed URL to the end of this line :

http://www.google.com/reader/m/view/feed/[feed_address]

So Google Tutor’s mobile feed would be :

http://www.google.com/reader/m/view/feed/http://www.googletutor.com/feed

Clicking on that link shows this :

googlereadermobile.gif

A nice clean interface which would be more than suitable for a mobile phone screen.    Just whip up a button to put on your blog page to advertise the mobile feed, link to the Google Reader link above and you’re all set to take your blog mobile!

I found your site on technorati and read a few of your other posts. Keep up the good work. I just added your RSS feed to my Google News Reader. Looking forward to reading more from you.

A very creative way to use my favorite feed reader. Even better, Google Reader allowed me to subscribe to your feed just now :)
