All you can do is set up separate profiles for each email address so if your friend was Joe Smith, you would set up JoeSmith1, JoeSmith2, etc, each with their own email address. Question 2 - if you start typing the name of a contact in the email "to :" box, all the listed email addresses for that person should come up. Just choose one at a time.
