		<description>I had this problem, too, but nothing was working. Turns out it was simply my anti-virus software that was causing the issue! Mine is CA, Computer Associates. You can either put the CA anti-virus program on "snooze" (by right clicking it on the task bar). Or you can go to the CA program, find the Knowledge Center, and type in a *.kmz....That will cure the problem!</description>
