WebProNews loses all credibility, asks John Chow about Google rankings!?

WTF? I like WPN and John Chow but what is going on here!?
Let’s see WPN is know for:
Usually decent tech info, especially on the SEO/SEM side of things
John Chow is known for:
- Generating traffic
- Expert linkbaiting
- Having a square head
- Getting banned from Google (he can’t even rank for his own name anymore)
So, WPN decides to interview people about ranking in Google and they pick John!? Eh, there’s certainly about 1000+ other people that could better answer that question for you guys… and I know you WPN guys know that.
Oh wait….
You WPN guys also know John’s got craploads of traffic over on his blog…now I get it 
Not so nice though as in general people should not be looking to John Chow for search rankings help.
Well when someone is popular, does it matter if they’re actually experts? Oh well, if you’re going to get all huffy and actually worry about your reputation, sure, maybe. LOL
It’s a fair point, and I can’t help but agree with you. But right now everyone is scrambling for the chance to be associated with him, so it’s hardly surprising.
Well, I’ve read a lot from John Chow dot com, and I personally thinks its a great blog cause what i find on that blog I hardly find else where. I can’t be associated with him cause I talk about Open Source and Linux
