Power users have probably mastered the keyboard shortcuts for Gmail which is another cool feature Google has added to this excellent e-mail service.

Keyboard shortcuts can be a life saver once ye old mouse gets all weird and messed up. Not only that, keyboard shortcuts can save lots of time sifting through your Gmail inbox.

Another advantage of using keyboard shortcuts is it lessens the strain on your hand and wrist which you use your mouse with.

Thankfully, the Gmail team has updated the official list of keyboard shortcuts for Gmail and has shared the table below for all us to see:

Keyboard shortcuts are great, key combinations are even better. Again, you can find them in the next table below.

So fret no more if your mouse acts up or your wrists suddenly go limp on you. Just use your remaining fingers to use your Gmail using these keyboard shortcuts.

Guess I don’t qualify as a power user. The last keyboard shortcut I memorized drove the name of my mother’s first boyfriend out of my memory. Gone forever. I’m afraid of what I’ll lose if I try to memorize another one.
