BIG Google Desktop Security Flaw - 2 exploits already!
Posted to: Desktop Search, Google, News, Privacy
Wow, this flaw makes me glad I’m not running Google Desktop at the moment -
the consequences could be serious, according to Robert Hansen, the independent security researcher who first reported the attack. “All of the data on a Google desktop can now be siphoned off to an attacker’s machine,” he said.
Sounds far more serious than someone discovering your fairy fetish so, I’d stop using desktop until a solution is found for this.
