I already subscribe to the user group, but being far too crowded, it id hard to find for the info you need.

What about splitting it at  least in local (national) help groups so to help out that vast majorty of users that are not at ease with English?

		<description>I realize that this is off-topic, but I really need to know how to contact Blogger's assitance (if there is any) out of the forums. I unse Blogger with FTP on my site, can't switch to beta and always get "Blog published with errors" messages, and today I couldn't post because it timed out when load my graphiscs. I'm getting mad. Help, please!
