		<description>How long has web quotes not worked? At least one year, maybe two.  It doesn&#039;t sometimes work--it never works.  Why leave it there to frustrate people?

And no, not everyone sees the disclaimer you mention. Why don&#039;t they put that on every lab product&#039;s front page?
